Stadia5 Recruitment operates as an employment agency whereby we introduce you  to potential employers.

When we receive your CV our consultants will read through it to ascertain if we are able to help you. If we can’t, we will send you a letter. If we can the consultant will call you to discuss your experience and then decide if it is appropriate to invite you in to our office for interview. To make this as smooth as possible we will forward you a competency based registration form to complete prior to coming in. The interview will be around 60 minutes and involve an in depth discussion of your experience, qualifications, personal motivations and desired career path. The consultant will give feedback on your strengths, areas requiring development, likelihood of success in your desired field and the steps we will take to look for new job opportunities.

Our consultants then set about identifying roles you are suited to. Sometimes we will have immediate vacancies and other times it could be a number of months before we have concrete opportunities to present to you. When we do, we will call you to discuss the role, send you through a job description and qualify your interest in the role. Your CV accompanies our interview notes to the client who then decides who to take to the next stage. We then help organize further interviews and pass on feedback from the client.
